By using FileSpace Pro (the “service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
FileSpace Pro provides free online tools. The tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend, or remove any tool at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and only with files and content you have the right to use. You must not use the service to process illegal content, to infringe anyone’s rights, or to disrupt, overload, probe, or attempt to break the service or the systems that run it.
Your content
You keep all rights to the files and text you use with the tools. For tools that run in your browser, your content stays on your device. For tools that process a file on a server, you grant us permission to process that file solely to produce your result, after which it is deleted automatically as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your own copies and for not uploading sensitive content you are not comfortable sending to a server.
Financial calculators
The financial calculators give estimates for general planning only. They are not financial, tax, investment, or legal advice. Always check important figures with a qualified professional before relying on them.
No warranty
The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that results will be accurate or complete, and you use the tools and their output at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FileSpace Pro and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Third-party services and ads
The service relies on third-party providers (such as hosting and, where enabled, advertising) and may display ads. We are not responsible for third-party content or websites you reach through the service or through ads.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
